Unless otherwise stated you should allow 1 to 3 working days from date of despatch for goods to be delivered.  In most cases however, you should receive your parcel the next working day after your despatch note has been emailed to you. 

If the items have been despatched by Royal Mail, they may take a couple of days longer.
